This patient underwent an extended deep plane preservation facelift, deep neck lift, and a secondary endoscopic brow lift. At just one month postoperatively, early refinement along the jawline and neck is already evident, with improved contour and definition. The brow has been restored to a naturally lifted, relaxed position—subtle yet impactful in creating a more refreshed and balanced overall appearance. She is still in the early stages of healing, with some residual swelling and incision lines that will continue to soften and fade over time. I’m so happy for this wonderful patient and her early progress. My facelift procedures are performed without the need for drains or intubation (no breathing tube required) and are completed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to recover comfortably at home the same day.
