Three months post rhinoplasty. The goal here was softening the profile with hump reduction, refining the tip, improving rotation, and slight deprojection to bring everything into better balance. She already had a beautiful nose… this was about enhancing what was already there, not changing who she is. At just 3 months, there is still residual swelling, and her result will continue to refine over the coming months.
