This wonderful patient is only 5 weeks post op from an extended deep plane facelift/neck lift. Note the improvement in the neckline and jawline. Swelling is still present under the chin, and this will continue to improve over the next couple of months. I perform all facelift procedures without drains or intubation (no breathing tube required). These surgeries are completed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to return home the same day.
