This patient is remarkably only 2 weeks following extended deep plane facelift/neck lift. Notice the much tighter appearance to the neck, and smoother jawline contour. Residual swelling and bruising will continue to improve over the coming weeks. No other procedures performed.
I perform all facelift procedures without the use of drains or the need for intubation (no breathing tube required). These surgeries are completed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to return home the same day.
