This patient has previously underwent two facelift procedures and has enjoyed those results over many years. She is now only one month out from a tertiary extended deep plane facelift and neck lift.
Anytime a facelift or neck lift is performed again—whether for maintenance or revision—the procedure is inherently more complex. It is important that these cases are managed by a surgeon with specialized training in facial and neck anatomy. My training placed a strong emphasis on revision facelift surgery, which has prepared me to handle these cases safely and effectively.
At this early stage, some swelling and redness remain, both of which are expected and will continue to improve over the coming months.
I perform all facelift procedures without the use of drains or the need for intubation (no breathing tube required). These surgeries are completed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to return home the same day.”
