This patient is 1 month following extended deep plane preservation facelift and endoscopic forehead lift. At this early stage, you can already see improvement in the neck and jawline definition. There is still some residual swelling, which will continue to settle over the coming weeks. Incision lines are also early and will progressively soften and fade as healing continues.
All my facelift procedures are performed without drains and without intubation (no breathing tube). Surgery is done on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to recover comfortably at home the same day.
