This patient is now 3 months out from an extended deep plane facelift, full-face CO₂ laser resurfacing, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. All procedures were performed under IV sedation—avoiding the need for intubation. These surgeries are done on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to comfortably return home the same day. No surgical drains required.
