He then injects the product into the desired areas using a needle. Like other products in this line, Juvéderm® Vollure XC is formulated with a topical anesthetic, which helps to make the injection process more comfortable by numbing the area. After the injection, Dr. Caniglia may massage the area to ensure that the product is in the exact location desired. After your injection, you will be able to resume your normal activities as soon as you feel ready. However, we generally recommend that you plan to take it easy for the first 24 hours.
